What Is Said When Rising from Rukūʿ

The Question
When rising from rukūʿ, is it required to say "Allāhu akbar", or is it not permitted in this position? May Allah reward you with good.
The Answer
When rising from rukūʿ, if he is an imam or praying alone, he says:
سَمِعَ اللهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ
“Allah hears the one who praises Him.”
That is if he is an imam or praying alone. But if he is a follower, then on rising he says:
رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ
“Our Lord, and to You belongs all praise.”
or:
اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ
“O Allah, our Lord, and to You belongs all praise.”
as has come in the authentic hadiths from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
The imam, after rising, after saying “samiʿa Llāhu li-man ḥamidah”, says:
رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ
“Our Lord, and to You belongs all praise.”
And the one praying alone likewise: after saying “samiʿa Llāhu li-man ḥamidah”, he says “rabbanā wa laka l-ḥamd”.
As for the follower, on rising he says “rabbanā wa laka l-ḥamd”, or “Allāhumma rabbanā laka l-ḥamd”. Four wordings:
رَبَّنَا لَكَ الْحَمْدُ
“Our Lord, to You belongs all praise.”
رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ
“Our Lord, and to You belongs all praise.”
اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا لَكَ الْحَمْدُ
“O Allah, our Lord, to You belongs all praise.”
اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ
“O Allah, our Lord, and to You belongs all praise.”
All of them are wordings that came in the hadiths for the rising, in the case of the follower.
As for the imam and the one praying alone, he says these words after standing upright, after he says “samiʿa Llāhu li-man ḥamidah”, he brings “rabbanā wa laka l-ḥamd”. Yes.
